CHURCH HISTORY
Fellowship Bible Church South is an independent
Bible Church: **this church is not affiliated (with all
respect and honor to them) with any other
Fellowship Bible Churches in the DFW Area. Pastor
Dennis McDonald founded this Church in the
summer of 1994. Receiving his BBA from the
University of Texas in Austin in 1981, his ThM
from Dallas Theological Seminary in 1994, and is
now a Ph.D.- candidate at Dallas Theological
Seminary.
The centerpiece of the Church's ministerial
emphasis: Is to make God's Word relevant to the
times in which we live. We as members of
Fellowship Bible Church South are dedicated to
Christ as our Lord and Savior, as we attempt to
live in an era of skepticism, apathy, and moral
erosion. Our aim is to impact first and foremost
our families with the knowledge of God. We then
desire to impact our immediate community with a
working awareness of Him (1Peter 3:15). We aim
to be a complete model of conviction and
surrender to our Great Lord and Savior
(1Corinthian 10:31).
Ultimately our goal is to touch as many as
possible with the implicative nature of the gospel,
to convey to all people; "Unless the Lord builds
the house, they labor in vain who build it (Psalms
127:1)." Our hope is to instruct individuals both
single and married, young and adult, that Christ is
the answer and the insight that the world needs,
since He is the very architect of life itself (Acts
3:15).
This ministry welcomes all who desire to know
Jesus, while aiming to sustain those who wish to
grow in grace and submission to Christ as the
Great and True Lord of the universe (2 Peter 3:18).
We are located in the South of the Metroplex off
Highway 35 South, at:

The congregation is friendly and is without fanfare
or pretension. We attempt to convey sincerity,
while living in the world though not being of it
(John 2: 15-17), in subjection to our sovereign
Lord.
